American Repertory Ballet (ARB) presents a mix of classical repertory and contemporary works as a professional performing arts company. It is a founding resident company of the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center and performs across New Jersey and beyond for an annual audience of more than 30,000. Based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, ARB traces its origins to 1954 and has been designated a Major Arts Institution by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.

Princeton Ballet School, the official school of ARB, operates at three locations in Princeton, Cranbury, and New Brunswick and offers classes in ballet, modern dance, jazz, hip-hop, and more for students from age three to adulthood. It provides performance opportunities such as participation in ARB’s The Nutcracker and features the DANCE POWER program, with a focus on live music in the classroom.
