Amity Home Health Care Inc. is a fully-accredited Home Health Agency serving the San Francisco Bay area. We are staffed by experienced, licensed professionals who provide both palliative care and hospice care to patients recovering from illness or injury or who are experiencing chronic conditions.

We provide a full range of in-home medical services under the supervision of your doctors:
 
✔ Skilled Nursing Services: RNs and LPNs provide pre-op & post-op care; comprehensive assessments; diabetic care and management; education about the patient’s condition and management of symptoms; wound care, IV care, etc.
 
✔ Medication Management: Our professionals help administer and manage prescriptions and other medications following the instructions of the patient’s physicians.
 
✔ Broad Range of Therapists: Physical, Occupational, Vocational, Respiratory, and Speech Therapists aid the patient with improvement in mobility and self-care, pain management, swallowing, articulation, etc.
 
✔ Nutrition and Dietary Services: Nutritionists and Dieticians aid clients with customized meal planning, including recommendations by the patient’s physicians.
 
✔ Medical Social Workers: MSWs help you navigate insurance, government and community resources, and the emotional and social impact of your particular illness, condition, or treatment.
