Founded in 1977, AMJ Group Inc. is one of the leading commercial and multi-family real estate development firms in North Central Florida. The majority of our operations and holdings are based in Gainesville but our portfolio spans to many other areas of Florida, including Tampa/St. Pete, Ft. Lauderdale, Southwest Florida, and Jacksonville. We are developers with a long term approach to real estate – developing, building, and managing higher quality assets for the purpose of long term ownership. We are long-term investors seeking appreciation through development and construction; through revitalization; through leasing and management. We preserve and enhance our urban tree canopy. In addition to our primary role as a developer, AMJ is also a property manager, a real estate broker, a real estate investor, and a general contractor.
