Amplifi is a non-profit organization formed from the work of Imagine LA, a social services agency focused on ending family homelessness and poverty. Its legacy includes the Family Mentorship & Partnership Model and a collaborative effort with USC’s Center for Social Innovation to map public benefits and identify billions of dollars in untapped resources, leading to the creation of the Benefit Navigator, an online tool that supports caseworkers and families in navigating benefits to improve economic mobility. Since 2023, the Benefit Navigator and the LA Disaster Relief Navigator have helped thousands of households in Los Angeles and beyond access critical resources, with a cumulative impact measured in hundreds of millions of dollars in identified assistance. In mid-2025, Imagine LA rebranded as Amplifi to extend its reach and deploy its human-centered technology across service organizations and governmental entities to connect people to life-changing supports.
