AmSurg Corp. operates in the outpatient care sector, owning ambulatory surgery centers and a surgical hospital, and provides outsourced physician services through its Sheridan division. Ambulatory Services develops and operates centers in partnership with physicians across the United States, expanding access to outpatient surgical care. Sheridan delivers anesthesiology, emergency medicine, radiology, and pediatric-focused physician services to hospitals, ASCs, and other healthcare facilities. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the company has grown its footprint to hundreds of centers nationwide.
