•	IT Security- Mitigate risk related to internal and external data breaches and cyber-attacks.

•	IT Training- Provide instruction on a wide array of applications and hardware. 

•	Network Administration- Plan, design, implement and maintain server configurations, routing protocols, network configurations and storage environments to facilitate client needs.

•	Systems Analysis & Architecture- Work with client to understand business needs and develop requirements and specifications for systems and applications.

•	User Support & Services- Set up hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to reduce instances of technical problem. Adept with both PCs and Macs.
