Anchor Realty, Inc. was founded in 1945 as a real estate brokerage company.  In the late 1950’s as the founders of the company acquired property for themselves and sold property to their clients; they formed a property management division within Anchor Realty, Inc.  Anchor Realty currently manages approximately 1,000 residential units and numerous commercial properties, which range from warehouses to shopping malls throughout the Bay Area.
 
Anchor Realty, Inc. can attribute much of it’s past success to the necessary constant hands-on and personal attention and care that is required to maximize income while keeping expenses to a minimum without sacrificing quality.  Our philosophy is to care and handle for our client’s properties as if they were our own.
