If you are looking to sell your home it would be wise to take advantage of our selling services. 

We put your home out on the market in no uncertain terms. We assure all our listings are shown in the right light. We use the best in current digital imaging. 

We employ many techniques to reach the home buyers that are beyond the net. 

Listings are included in our local and regional print advertising. These range from newspapers and magazines advertising to complex brochure distribution and by request direct mailing from our private buyers list. We accompany each prospective buyer around your property to help put the best foot forward by answering any questions that may arise. 

What you can expect if you list your home with us. 

The first thing that you can expect is a short interview to collect all of the pertinent information about your property. This is used for our fact sheets that we distribute to other real estate offices and thru a network of agents also looking for interested buyers. We will schedule a convenient time to visit your home to gather this information from you. While we are there we will take a series of digital photos for your web page and to use in the fact sheets. There is no fee for these photos and is a free service that we provide to our clients.
