ANDRITZ designs and builds equipment for the processing of carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metal including pickling lines, coating lines, levelers, cut to length lines, slitting lines as well as continuous or batch furnaces for reheating slabs, blooms, billets, and structural shapes.

We also design, manufacturer and install Herr-Voss Stamco precision roller and tension levelers, cut-to-length lines, slitting lines and inspection lines for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in coil form.  Not only do we manufacture new capital processing equipment, but we also rebuild levelers and processing equipment.

ANDRITZ manufactures a wide range of ASKO knives, liners, wear plates and accessories for the metals producing, processing and recycling industries. We set ourselves apart from the competition by focusing on ASKO knives and wear components for ferrous and non-ferrous metal processing.

ANDRITZ specializes in supplying parts and services for rolling mills and strip processors to meet any and all needs. Our knowledge of metals equipment allows us to supply, inspect and recondition all types of rolls, knives, bearings and other parts. We offer centerless grinding process rolls, straightener/journal repair and chrome plating service for process equipment and we manufacture standard rolls, high- abrasion rolls and rolls for more than 100,000 yield. In addition, we manufacture rolls from ¾ inch to 8 inches in diameter induction hardened.

ANDRITZ offers mechanical, electrical, automation and safety rebuilds, and retrofits to make your old equipment better and safer than new. We also provide a wide range of mechanical and electrical components for ANDRITZ equipment as well as for many other brands in the industry. We have extensive experience working on equipment at mills, service centers, processors, and fabricators.
