AniChe Cellars is a start up winery in the Columbia Gorge AVA. We are located on Underwood Mt, approximately 4 miles from Hood River on the Washington side. We are committed to making hand crafted artisan wines in small batches. Long cool fermetentations with hand punchdowns make for optimal extraction in our wines. We source quality sustainbly grown fruit, preferably grown organically or biodynamically. We make fruit driven wine, with as little additives or process as possible to maintain wine integrity.
