Antonelli's Cheese Shop consists of a cut-to-order cheese and pairings shop in Hyde Park and a cheese shop and bistro downtown at the Fareground, where you're encouraged to taste everything; a wholesale department selling goods to 150+ Central Texas chefs; an events program hosting 400+ tastings and classes per year; and an e-commerce site offering a monthly cheese club, gift boxes, and cheese trays (with shipping nationwide and local courier delivery). We aren't cheesemakers; we're storytellers. Our job isn't to craft cheese; it's to craft an experience.
