APAC Financial Services Private Limited is an NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in February 2018.

APAC is a growing tech led MSME lender, which began business operations in 2018 with the vision of serving underbanked and underserved MSMEs in Bharat. We started up with equity capital contributed by the founder & leadership team, and later raised equity from funds managed by Multiples Alternate Asset Management (Private Equity) & HNIs. We recently raised Rs 400 crore of equity capital from funds managed by marquee investors Norwest Venture Partners and Creador. With the latest fundraise and our accumulated profits, our consolidated net worth stands at INR ~1,100 crores. From the very beginning, we have had a highly experienced team across domains, led by a pedigreed board and expert advisory panel.

We are a semi urban & rural market specialist and directly source all our customers via our 200+ branch network spanning 6 states & 1 UT. Our on the ground presence is powered by our digital-first approach and by our proprietary origination & underwriting technology platform “Alpha”.

APAC has been on a strong growth trajectory and currently has +190 branches, +45,000 customers and +2,300 employees, with a consistent NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 80+ and customer satisfaction score of 9/10.
