We host desktops and servers in our state-of-the-art Citrix and Virtualization datacenter. We monitor systems for performance, security and stability and we back up all managed data so our customers can concentrate on managing their facilities, rather than their IT infrastructure. Apex Management Portal (AMP) provides the platform to manage and integrate resident data. AMP leverages integrations with referral services, payer eligibility systems and implements workflow rules which make AMP and RTS the quickest path from the hospital to any skilled nursing facility. Our helpdesk provides three tiers of escalation, a professional team and a great process to take care of customer service requests in a timely manner.
