APEX PERFORMANCE is the science behind the art of leadership development and peak performance.  While based on the principles of sports psychology – self-awareness, confidence, mental agility and composure under fire – the science is not limited to athletic performance. The ability to be at your best when it matters the most holds true in a myriad of professions. 

Apex Performance provides individual and team development to leaders and professionals in all fields.  The program enhances performance through a unique combination of personalized training, executive coaching and advanced biofeedback technology which quantifies and measures a person’s growth and improvement. The Apex training helps clients achieve desired results by impacting their communications, decision making, problem solving, attention control and interpersonal interactions.

As a service disabled veteran owned small business, Apex Performance also provides peak performance training specifically developed for veterans transitioning into new careers.  Many veterans who return home from active duty face unique mental challenges when making the transition to civilian life.  Resources exist to provide them with funding to further their education and job placement assistance, but often they are not provided with support for the mental aspect of the transition. Apex provides this support.
