APG Europe operates as a European trading house supplying primary packaging materials and related services to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and perfume sectors. It was established on January 1, 2017 through the merger of Aluglas, a Dutch sales organization focused on pharmaceutical packaging, and Verbeeck Packaging Group, a Belgian sales organization focused on cosmetic packaging, and is based in Uithoorn, North Holland, Netherlands. APG Europe maintains partnerships with established manufacturers to offer a broad range of packaging solutions, with many products kept in stock at its warehouses in the Netherlands and Belgium to support supply continuity. It serves customers across its target markets through three customer care centers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany and maintains a strong focus on quality and continual improvement. In September 2023, APG Europe launched an online store dedicated to cosmetic and supplement packaging made of Sulapac, a patented material innovation designed to fight the global plastic crisis.
