Appalachian Christian Camp operates as a non-denominational Christian summer camp for youth from kindergarten through 12th grade, and also serves as a retreat center for all ages. Located in Unicoi County, Tennessee, the campus features facilities such as a ball field, sand volleyball court, a large swimming pool, an indoor rock climbing wall, and an open-air worship center, with air-conditioned dormitories and walking trails. The summer program runs from June through the first week of August, focusing on teaching Christian principles and values in an engaging setting for today’s youth. In the months outside the summer program, August through May, the site functions as a retreat center for church groups and businesses, leveraging its surroundings near the Unaka Mountains and close to the Appalachian Trail. The organization serves local religious and community groups by providing space and programming for youth activities and group retreats.
