Apsiyon is an online management platform that provides a full-cycle service for property managers managing multifamily buildings, gated-communities and mixed-use developments. It provides end-to-end solutions in property management with leading embedded features! A cloud-based platform, Apsiyon was first developed in 2009 as a response to the growing problems surrounding the multifamily properties, with an objective of becoming a digital assistant to property managers by Kudret Turk, Erkan Dogan and Meric Akdamar. Apsiyon Inc. was established in 2012 with an angel investment. It has since received two investments dated September 2016 and December 2017, respectively from one of the largest funds in Turkey and Europe, Earlybird Venture Capital and successfully closed its 3rd investment round in March 2020 with Earlybird and Jak Baruh. Apsiyon was listed in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey's (TOBB) Turkey 100 List among "the Fastest Growing 100 Companies", compiled in association with the Economic Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV). It also made it to the "Deloitte Technology Fast50 Turkey" list, as well as, the "Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA" list. Apsiyon today services over 16.000 buildings with over 1.000.000 units, with a team of 163, largely composed of R&D engineers, a head office, an R&D center and 6 regional offices. Apsiyon has been awarded with some of the highest references in the industry through its fast and smooth service coupled with integrated, easy-to-use solutions based on the requirements of the Turkish Property Law. The platform places itself beyond the standard accounting platforms and continues to focus all its energy on expanding its product and services, positioning itself as a long-term business partner to property managers.
