ADG is a full-service aquatic architecture and engineering firm focused on swimming pool and water feature design. It provides architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for each pool or water feature within a project. The firm specializes in turning concepts into fully detailed contract documents and delivering design for a range of facilities, from college and university pools to resort hotel pools, fountains, and natural water elements.
Based in Carlsbad, California, the firm operates in the architecture and planning sector and maintains a relatively small to mid-sized team. A notable recent development is the February 2026 appointment of Stephanie Fujimura as Principal, reflecting leadership and a people-first approach to aquatic design.
