Arc Health is the first public benefit company in the medical staffing industry to focus singularly on achieving health equity through the recruitment and retention of human resources for health in underserved populations. 

Our vision is to achieve a world where the most vulnerable populations will have equitable access to the best health professionals. We team up with several other providers to share a patient panel, where each provider rotates on-site on the Great Plains area tribal reservations. 

We provide seamless opportunities to work abroad and at home in the most underserved communities. Generalists and specialists can serve hard to reach communities even if they cannot permanently relocate.
