ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AMNS India) is a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel, established in December 2019 after the acquisition of Essar Steel, and based in Nandniketan, Gujarat, India. The company operates in the mining industry as an integrated flat steel manufacturer, covering the full value chain from iron ore to finished products.
