We really enjoy what we do and we care about how we do it. We believe the practice of law can be completed with a three step approach: transparency, philanthropy and sophistication. We apply this to all aspects of our shop, and we hope it’s clear each and every time we get the opportunity to collaborate. Gone are the days when it’s reasonable for a law firm to bill as though the contract was drafted from scratch. We embrace technology and use it to decrease standard billables and focus on passing along our knowledge and experience, as opposed to pretending we just wrote that Governing Law provision for the first time.
