Ardd + Winter, Inc. was founded in 1968 by Bobby Ardd, Sr. and Clint Winter. These two independent businessmen were competing on a daily basis, each with very small staffs and limited line cards. Upon merging their resources, they formed one of the most stable and sustainable manufacturer representative firms in the lighting industry.
