About the JLL Complex Real Estate Analysis & Litigation Support Services Team 

Headquartered in the Chicago office of JLL, the team works nationally and sometimes internationally on a wide variety of real estate litigation and complex valuation assignments that often involve unique properties or complex valuation issues. The JLL deep database of sales and market information across all real estate sectors gives the team a powerful state-of-the art research tool to apply on behalf of its governmental, corporate and law firm clients. Team members have advanced degrees in economics, finance, law and land use planning that allows the team to solve difficult valuation problems and apply advanced statistical techniques and GIS computer modeling. JLL team members have expert testimony experience in both federal and state courts across the United States and in a variety of litigation and arbitration settings that include eminent domain acquisitions, property tax assessment disputes, inverse condemnation cases, environmental class actions, conservation and preservation easement valuations, national park concession renewals and partnership and business dissolution disputes.
