The JLL deep database of sales and market information across all real estate sectors gives the team a powerful state-of-the art research tool to apply on behalf of its governmental, corporate and law firm clients. Team members have advanced degrees in economics, finance, law and land use planning that allows the team to solve difficult valuation problems and apply advanced statistical techniques and GIS computer modeling.
