Aries Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aries Pharmaceuticals, Ltd., which is a wholly owned Subsidiary of Cosmo Pharmaceuticals, NV, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing best in class products in endoscopy and to treat gastrointestinal diseases. We oversee the distribution in the US of the Cosmo products. One of our current products is Eleview, a submucosal injectable composition that creates a cushion to allow for a safe and easy way to remove early stage cancers, polyps, adenomas and other lesions.

Our mission is to create products that have the potential to improve patient outcomes in endoscopy and help treat select gastrointestinal disorders that could otherwise negatively affect those people. With products like Eleview to help visualize and decrease risks of gastrointestinal damage, Aries makes it significantly easier to reduce issues and create a strong bond with its customers.

Along with Eleview, three other products are currently in development. The first is Methylene Blue MMX which is an oral formulation that works on helping to better detect pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions. The next is Aemcolo, or Rifamycin SV MMX, which is an antibiotic is being studied to help with IBS-D, diarrhea and uncomplicated diverticulitis. The last of these is Remimazolam, a short acting benzodiazepine that could help sedate patients undergoing colonoscopy and bronchoscopy.
