Aris Pharmaceuticals Inc., headquartered in Bristol PA, 20 minute drive to both Philadelphia PA and Princeton NJ, is a fast-growing chemistry service organization and intermediate--API supplier that currently serves the R &D in 300 pharmaceutical, biotechnology and agrochemical companies worldwide. We also run four in-house anti-viral new drug R&D programs, including the discovery of first in class small molecular HIV inactivators, which can actively attack virus in the absence of targeted cells. Another project toward functional cure for HIV by combination of HDAC inhibitor (as virus activator) and HAART (as inactivator), has been grouped in New Drug R&D Programs of National Science and Technology Key Projects in Chinese 12th Five Year Plan. With chemistry research and kilo scale labs at our US site, we can accommodate various needs that include small group FTEs, library synthesis and custom synthesis up to kilo-gram scale. We also have subsidiary pilot plant and 12,000 ft2 research labs in metro Shanghai, China. ArisPharma catalog contains 8500 pharmaceutically relevant scaffolds, building blocks and advance intermediates (60% of them in stock, more than 90% could be available within 1-2 weeks). New compounds are constantly added to our product list. We specialize in the synthesis of substituted heterocycles (azaindole, imidazole, indazole, indole, piperazine, pyridazine and pyridine). ArisPharma also offers semi-bulk (up to 10 kilograms) and bulk intermediates API raw materials.
