Arlyce Cleveland, Ltd., is a CPA firm, located in the Twin Cities area. My firm was founded in 1990 to provide business consulting for small to medium-sized businesses. Over the years, my firm has provided services that are customized to fit the needs of our clients. Today, my firm provides complete accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, business consulting and software training services. I feel that having a staff of nine employees, with each accountant offering over 20 years’ experience, makes my firm knowledgeable enough to handle all our clients needs, yet small enough to give them the direct personal attention they desire. Over the past twenty four years, we have taken time to educate and train business owners about the importance of understanding their financials and to plan where they want their businesses to be in one, five, and ten years from now. We know that the biggest problem with business owners is that they don’t plan to fail; they just fail to plan.
