It offers general contracting, design-build, and preconstruction services, and emphasizes long-term client relationships through negotiated projects. Founded in 1982 by Daniel A. Hoffler and based in Virginia Beach, AHCC has completed signature properties such as Town Center in Virginia Beach and the Four Seasons Hotel and Legg Mason’s Global Headquarters in Baltimore.
