We are a boutique law firm specializing in complex land use entitlements and land use litigation.  All of our lawyers have excellent academic backgrounds and formerly practiced at large law firms.  Mark Armbruster was at Christensen Miller, and Dale Goldsmith was chair of the Land Use Group at Greenberg Glusker.  Both had grown disenchanted with the rigid structures of large firm laws and, in 2004, formed the firm in order to be able to be more flexible and more responsive to the needs of our clients. 
	Partners Bill Delvac, David Goldberg, and Damon Mamalakis joined us from mega-firm Latham & Watkins.  In the last 18 plus years, we have become one California’s leading land use firms.  In that time, we have obtained approvals for over 50 million square feet of hospitality, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects throughout California.  
	Leading legal publication the Daily Journal has named our firm one of the top five practices in any practice area in California and as one of the top 50 boutique firms in the state across all practice areas.  The Daily Journal has also named both Dale Goldsmith and Bill Delvac in its Top 50 Development Lawyers in California and me as one of its Top 100 Lawyers in California across every practice area.  In addition, the Los Angeles Business Journal has recognized all three name partners as top real estate lawyers in its “Who’s Who in L.A.
