Armour Coatings is a multi-metal shop custom powder coater and sandblaster.  We are located in Germantown, Wisconsin about 10 minutes north of Milwaukee.  We operate from a 45,000 square foot facility that employs the latest technologies for part cleaning, powder delivery and curing of finishes.

Armour Coatings currently employs a six stage wash system that is capable of surpassing AAMA 2605-5 and ANSI C57.12.28 specifications.  It is comparable to traditional Iron Phosphate Systems, but uses nanotechnologies to provide pretreatment for Steel, Aluminum, & Galvanized Substrates.

Our capabilities include the very small part quantity or size to higer production quantities and the ability to produce parts as large as 34' long 8' wide and 9' high and up to 8000 pounds.  We have the ability to produce parts simultaneously on our 600 linear foot conveyor system as well as in out dual large batch process ovens. 

Armour Coatings has always taken care of the small family owned companies to the large metal suppliers.  Armour Coatings has and will always continue with this moto.

We are currently looking for hard work ethic individuals to fulfill positions for general labor, loaders, off loaders, and painters within the paint booth for powder applications.   We also have an opportunity in the offline batch system and sandblasting.
