His area of expertise is centered in manufacturing where he spent 7 years of his career in production and maintenance supervision, engineering, and project management. His recruiting expertise includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, Process Development, Maintenance, and Utilities across all levels of an organization. His career in recruiting started in 2000 at Management Recruiters of Noblesville. During his 5 year tenure, he earned multiple honors and awards to include MRI’s Midwest Regional Rookie of the year in 2000, National Pacesetter (awarded to the top 1% of billers in the Corporation) on a yearly basis, and National Biller of the month twice. Since founding Arnett Management Solutions in 2006, he has continued to achieve a high level of success crossing the $6 million mark in Production in 2013. He is also a member of the Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the top 75 recruiters nationwide, where he serves on the board as the Education Committee Chair.
