Arqball is part research lab and part product development company located in Charlottesville, VA.  It was founded by two computer science professors at the University of Virginia - Jason Lawrence and abhi shelat. Arqball has developed a number of successful software services and applications that incorporate advances in interactive 3D visualization, computer graphics, computer vision, computational photography, and mobile photography/videography. These include:
