ArtPop is a small nonprofit based in Charlotte, North Carolina, dedicated to making art accessible to all and building community through engagement with art, artists, and art making. It aims to showcase local artists and support their sustained success by connecting them with audiences and opportunities. The organization serves the Metro-CLT NC/SC region and operates a Billboard Art Program that presents juried artworks on billboards and digital displays across the area. Beyond exhibitions, ArtPop offers art project management to connect local artists with businesses for turnkey creative solutions, and runs an Upcycling Initiative that repurposes retired billboard vinyl to prevent landfill waste. It also hosts community events such as pop-ups, fashion shows, and other gatherings to celebrate local art. In 2025, ArtPop hosted its fifth annual Upcycled Fashion Show & Fundraiser, reflecting ongoing collaboration with artists and partners.
