Arts for Learning Northwest is a nonprofit organization focused on enriching the lives of young people through meaningful, high-quality arts experiences in Oregon and southwest Washington. For nearly six decades, it has delivered performances, classroom residencies, and workshops through a roster of professional teaching artists, aligned with educational goals and designed to engage students and support teachers. The organization serves more than 72,000 students each year and relies on more than 70 teaching artists to provide a range of artistic mediums. Based in Portland, Oregon, it collaborates with classroom teachers to weave the arts into instruction and has pursued partnerships to expand training for artists in arts education, including collaboration with Lane Arts Council. In January 2026, Arts for Learning Northwest announced Briana Linden as its new Executive Director.
