Arvida is transforming the ageing experience. Formed in 2014 when we listed on the NZ stock exchange, Arvida has grown to become a group spread across 35 locations nationally with greenfield development underway adding 2 more locations. We offer retirement living accommodation and aged care services to over 6,750 residents, and are one of the largest providers of aged care services in NZ. The numbers show we are on the right path: resident Net Promoter Score of +53 and +51 at our villages and care respectively; our inaugural staff engagement index at 78%, with 96% of staff determined to give their best effort at work each day; industry leading occupancy at 96%; and almost two-thirds of our care facilities now at the Ministry of Health gold-standard accreditation of four years – to mention a few.
