Ascent Aviation Services is a large aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider described as one of the largest aircraft maintenance operations in the world. The company operates two facilities in southern Arizona, totaling more than 1,250 acres and housing five hangars at its Marana location. It is a Class IV 14 CFR Part 145 certified Repair Station and holds approvals from regulatory authorities including FAA, EASA, BDA/AMO, TCCA, NCAA, and 2-REG. Ascent provides fully integrated MRO, line maintenance, storage, and reclamation services for wide-body, narrow-body, and regional aircraft to owners, operators, and lessors. In 2026 the company expanded its Marana facilities and Tim McGuire was promoted to president and chief operating officer, with the site preparing to begin induction of Boeing 777-300ER cargo conversion operations in Q3 2026.
