Bob Capoferri started the company in Hammonton, NJ in 1985. He continued to develop and grow a strong construction company with highly skilled crews, state of the art modern equipment and produces a quality line of asphalt emulsion products. His work has spanned the globe from ports overseas to the Azures in Portugal to the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States.

Now in it's fourth decade in business Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. is active in road construction projects in Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Georgia.

APS is a full service paving company specializing in producing and supplying High Performance Asphalt Emulsion Products, Micro-surfacing, Chip Seal, Cape Seal, Crack Seal, Asphalt Paving, Full Depth Reclamation, and Cold In-Place Recycling. 

APS works with agencies (large and small)-City's, County's, Townships and DOT's. We believe in the right treatment at the right time.
