Assembly Coffee is an award-winning London-based coffee roastery founded in 2015 that serves the needs of the specialty coffee sector. It supplies roasted coffee to wholesale partners in the hospitality industry, collaborating with them to understand end-user preferences and translate those insights into its offerings. The company frames its approach around responsiveness to cafe culture trends, working with wholesale partners to shape its product and service mix rather than relying solely on standalone retail channels. Based in London, England, Assembly Coffee operates with a compact team. In December 2025, it launched The Assembly Journal, a publication that extends its activities beyond roasting and wholesale supply. The company has pursued partnerships and collaborative pop-ups, including Brityard Ltd and Demitasse London Ltd in 2024, and a London Coffee Festival pop-up in 2025.
