Associated Credit Services, INC was founded in Massachusetts in 1969 and incorporated in 1971.  ACS primary focus has been to provide quality collection services to the creditor industry for over 40 years. Such focus has allowed us to establish long term relationships with our clientele and has earned us partnerships reserved for the very finest in the industry.  

Our goal is not to be all things to all clients. Instead we target areas of specialization for our clients and custom design the delivery of collection services to match client needs. We have a customer centric approach and our goal is to receive zero complaints. Our President/CCO personally handles every single formal complaint and has since 1986. ACS boasts creditor relationships spanning 10-20 years of continuous service.
