Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is a farmer-owned dairy product manufacturing cooperative based in New Ulm, Minnesota. Through a manufacturing network, it converts milk from Upper Midwest member dairy farms into dairy products for retail, foodservice and food ingredient customers, spanning the full flow from farm to market. The cooperative is guided by core values that include quality, responsibility to others, and determination to succeed, reflecting its Midwest roots. It employs a sizeable workforce across its processing operations and related activities.

In early 2026 AMPI expanded its footprint with new facilities in Blair, Nebraska, and announced plans to convert the Blair plant’s cheddar production to cottage cheese. The organization draws its member farmers from Wisconsin, Minnesota and four other states and serves customers across the United States and around the world through its processing and distribution network.
