For over 35 years, Associated Oral & Implant Surgeons (AOIS), has been providing the highest quality care to our patients, providing a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We also perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures including lower and upper full-arch replacement. Our mission is to deliver the finest care to the citizens of east Tennessee, southwest Virginia and western North Carolina and we continuously pursue our vision to be recognized as the most trusted provider of such services to our patients and community. Our team of surgeons include Carl Eilers, DDS, Michael Hamlin, DDS, Jason Pickup, DMD, Michael Foster, DMD, MPH and Nathaniel Wells, DMD and the team prides themselves in creating a workplace that works hard, has fun, and serves our clients with exceptional quality every day.
