Assurelease provides a real estate owner or management company controlled insurance program for residential properties, commercial space and student housing. 

AssureLease is a Landlord controlled insurance program that replaces the traditional security deposit. Its a nominal charge added to the rent every month and paid by the Tenant.

The AssureLease team sets up a unique program for each Landlord. Landlords inform Tenants that they will be getting back their security deposit, and having a small charge added onto their rent. The charge is determined through AssureLease’s underwriting model and is based on past loss history for the Landlord.

AssureLease provides coverage in all 50 states as well as Canada.

AssureLease is the better alternative because it eliminates the headaches traditionally associated with deposits (legal and accounting) as well as eliminates the barriers to entry for the tenant.  AssureLease spreads the risk of loss over all Tenants, thus eliminating the negative impact an unruly Tenant can have on the bottom line.
