The ASUCD Coffee House (known as the "CoHo") is the largest primarily student-staffed collegiate retail food service operation in the United States.  As the most popular dining facility at UC Davis, the CoHo serves organic fair trade coffee and a wide variety of food items from seven different service platforms to over 10,000 customers per day, while providing employment and valuable workplace training to over 400 UC Davis students. The student-friendly environment of the CoHo fosters a progressive workplace culture for its students and supports leadership and employee mobility within the organization.
