In recent years, Asyad Shipping has pursued asset investments and disposals, including acquiring VLCCs in 2025, purchasing two baby capesize vessels and two second-hand dry bulk carriers in 2026, selling a co-owned LNG carrier to Mitsui O.S.K. Lines in 2026, and pursuing procurement modernization through the AuctionConnect integration.
