The Athona Group has been raising recruitment to an artform since 2003 and specialises in providing recruitment and workforce solutions. Established first was our healthcare team, initially with a focus on locum doctor’s. Since then we have grown exceptionally and now cover the acute doctors, psychiatry, nursing and AHP/HSS markets, providing temporary, contract and permanent members of staff across the UK. Our education team begun back in 2007 and is more regional, mainly covering East London, Essex and Suffolk. Their focus is primarily on supply teachers, but they also support educational establishments with long-term contract and permanent members of staff. At Athona Group we pride ourselves on understanding each sector we work in and ensuring our expertise and industry knowledge underpins everything we do. That’s why in May 2022 ‘The Art of Recruitment’ was launched, our ethos that we wholeheartedly believe that recruitment takes the same level of care and attention as an artist would spend perfecting their craft.
