Atlantic Fellows operates seven programs within the education administration field, designed to cultivate emerging leaders who can advance fairer, healthier, and more inclusive societies. The organization is based in Oxford, England, and draws participants from a broad mix of backgrounds—health professionals, artists, journalists, researchers, teachers, lawyers, policymakers, and activists. Through collaboration, Fellows connect, learn, and take action to reduce inequities and drive enduring community impact.

Fellows are practitioners who combine innovative ideas with the capacity to implement improvements in their communities and beyond. The Atlantic Institute coordinates program updates and works to amplify the Fellows network. In November 2023, Atlantic Fellows expanded offices to Pacific, Missouri, United States, and welcomed 18 new Fellows to the Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity program.
