Atlantic Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is a Licensed Construction and Engineering company that specializes in the repair of residential and light commercial foundation problems.

We install, manufacture and distribute The Stabilizor® mechanical foundation support system. The Stabilizor® can be used for all soil types, including clay and sandy soils, and can counteract moisture activity and volume problems caused by expansive clay soils. Our company has been issued 29 patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for our exceptional foundation systems.

We are proud to be the originator of The Stabilizor®, a helical piling system that permanently repairs homes damaged by foundation failure. This system can also be used to provide a stable foundation for new construction in areas with problem soil conditions.

We offer adjunct repair services, such as slab jacking, brick pointing and repair, waterproofing, drainage and retaining wall construction, and we can manufacture custom foundation repair products as needed.
