Seeing firsthand the turmoil developing throughout the global banking system, Atlas was founded by J R Capps and Christopher Cox in 2009 to develop "new methods for new markets" created by these turbulent times.  Atlas incorporates a range of services including discretionary portfolio management for individuals, retirement plan services, independent management for individual 401(k) plans, Medicare supplement plans, retirement income distribution plans, and long-term care insurance.
