What started in 1979 as two former prosecutors representing individuals with serious injuries, has expanded into a nationwide law firm representing sick and injured individuals with their claims against either insurance companies or large corporations. We currently have 15 attorneys of which nine are nationwide disability insurance attorneys and six are Florida personal injury attorneys. Our firm's Nationwide Disability Insurance Division, led by Gregory Michael Dell, began representing disability claimants in1994 and has helped thousands of individuals to obtain long term disability insurance benefits.
