Founded in 2016, ATW Partners is a New York-based investment manager of a family of private equity funds. We invest in innovative companies across both public and private markets. ATW seeks to invest at the top of a company’s capital structure and looks for meaningful upside potential through equity participation, creating a superior risk-adjusted return profile for our LPs. Our investment mandate is sector-agnostic; we seek to partner with companies that are going through a significant transitional period (i.e. private-to-public crossover, growth/M&A financing, operational turnaround, financial restructuring, and other special situations). Our current investment opportunity set lies mainly within the dynamic microcap sector (companies with a market capitalization under $1 billion). Our strategy aims to return LP capital early in the investment cycle, while maintaining the potential to generate excellent long-term absolute returns.
