Auerbach Funds is a privately held real estate investment firm seeking to provide investors with consistent returns while managing risk.  We believe in the ability to create transformational change to assets, and in turn, to the communities surrounding them. We invest in distressed, deep value-add investments in both primary and secondary markets throughout the United States and follow an opportunistic strategy. Auerbach’s opportunistic funds seek to make real estate investments across the U.S. that are distressed, mismanaged or under-performing assets within the multifamily, retail, senior housing and specialty classes.
